One possible version:
     There are many differences in eating habits between China and Western countries.
     Firstly, Chinese people eat rice, noodles, vegetables and meat while Western people prefer bread,
milk, salad and steak. Secondly, Westerners are used to eating with a knife and fork, but the Chinese
eat with chopsticks. Thirdly, Westerners don’t make a loud noise during meals. They think it is rude.
But it is common for the Chinese to talk with family and friends while having dinner.
