As can be seen in the picture, a man is given a lot of praise and claps．Obviously he is very satisfied with himself, thinking he is perfect．
I think the picture conveys a message vividly．Even if one receives a lot of praise, he must be clear-headed, or he'll be lost in it．The man in the picture doesn't realize that he still has much to improve, which probably prevents him making more progress．As the saying goes, pride goes before the fall．So I think one shouldn't be too proud in face of success．
