Last Sunday my classmates and I planned to go to the seaside for our holiday by train. Because it was a little far, we decided to catch the early train. Unfortunately I overslept that morning. So I ran to catch the bus. I was in such a hurry that I got on a wrong bus. When I got to the station, the speaker announced that the train would be 20 minutes late. My classmates and I could do nothing but wait. To our great disappointment, ten minutes later we were told that the train had broken down on the way. So we had to give up our plan and went back home. What a frustrating day!
