From the first two pictures we can see the story is about a man and a beggar . So my first guess , which may be the most common one , is that the man is a kind-hearted man and he is trying to give some money to the beggar . My second guess is that the man is a plain-clothes policeman and the beggar is a criminal ; now the policeman has recognized the criminal and he is trying to get hi gun out to arrest the criminal . My third guess is that the man is a mouth organ lover and he is going to get out his mouth organ to play with the beggar so that more people will be attracted to help the beggar .
