In Xuchang City, Henan, there is an old grandma named Cai Ruiyun. People call her Grandma Cai. Grandma Cai is 89 years old and runs a barbershop (理發(fā)店). She is good at cutting hair and can do it quickly. But she asks for only 2 yuan for giving others a haircut. It touches many people's heart.
