There is an old saying "East, west, home is the best." I think so. My home is in a quiet neighborhood. There are many trees and flowers around our building, so the air is always fresh. We have a small garden in front of our house, where my parents grow some vegetables and beautiful flowers. It's really a nice place to live.
In my family, we share the housework. My father usually takes out the trash and cleans the windows on weekends. My mother does most of the cooking and washing clothes. As for me, I often make my bed in the morning and help sweep the floor after dinner. Sometimes I also help my mother wash the dishes. We think it's fair for everyone to do their part in keeping our home clean and tidy.
To make my home more beautiful, I plan to learn how to plant more kinds of flowers and take good care of them. I will also try to help my parents with more housework, especially when they are tired. Besides, I want to decorate my room with some handmade crafts to make it more personal and lovely. I believe with our efforts, our home will become even sweeter.
