"Today, Niki will clean the floor," our mother said. It was time to do our weekly housework. Our mother already had everything planned.
I started to sweep the floor. My brother Ben took the detergent (洗衣粉) to clean the windows and my sister Sarah took out the iron (熨斗). All of us had something to do. However, as I was not good at cleaning, I did not do a good job. In the end, my mother had to clean the floor again. Ben was clumsy (笨拙的).
